Hi mam, This is Gayatri, thank you for today’s session. I was thinking to wake up early for long and do some excercise, but due to work and kids. I was postponing it every day. But today I finally woke at 4:45, prepared myself for the session. Felt happy and peaceful. My fear to start excercise was doing in alone, but as it live session it feels good.

Currently, the program runs live from 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM (Mon–Fri). But don’t worry — you also get access to recordings, so you can practice anytime.
Yes! You’ll have access to all session recordings for practice and revision.
Yes, the challenge is low-impact and safe, designed to improve flexibility and mobility without strain. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before starting.
